Raya Group Limited (“Raya”) has issued 40,000,001 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) as per the announcement on 20 November 2015.

The above issue of shares and the 30,000,000 share placement issued on the 11th November totalling 70,000,001 will be held in voluntary escrow until completion of Xped transaction. Previous appendix 3B stated 15,000,000 would be held in escrow, it has now been agreed that the entire issue of 30,000,000 shares released on the 11th November will be held in escrow
