Might explain KB AKA @Heuresy and his "Rest assured....It hits the fan Monday", he knew what was coming (just XPE stuffed up and released it a day late, funny that). Could KB even be the holder of the Convertible Notes?

Anyway, guess it shows someone has more skin in the game, same with the Entitlement Offer Underwriting by CIMC part of "Media Technology Ltd (NASDAQ:IMTE) and it's Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer is (drum roll), Mr. Con Unerkov, and it's Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer is Cecil Te Hwai Ho" and therefore more incentive to get it performing or maybe I'm kidding myself lol. GLTAH

Yeah I read it twice to check too, but still couldn't find the info. My guess it's the same mob (Con + CIMC), which allows them to get more cheap shares and creep up the register. Could be he lends them the money to pay his salary, and they pay 8% interest for the privilege! Looking more like a takeover by stealth imho.
