Has been worded wrongly IMO. Heuresy has already confirmed here Xped Holdings now owns the full IP ie Keith Benson which is the CEO of Xped Holdings.
Also hence the news article that he’s just got a deal using the IP and nothing reported about it here. Xped limited only hold a license to use it.
“Third party developers” I would take it as referring to Keith now since he owns it.
