Thanks for catching the Xpeditum thing, literally a $100 payment error, fixed now. I have not asked the company to change its name, may not even vote in favor of it despite owning the trademark.
Xped Holdings always owned the IP and patents, it was transferred to Heuresy Labs in settlement.
”Certain patents“ was their terminology, covers a multitude of sins, not least, letting some patents lapse. Opinion here, don’t think they are outsourcing anything and certainly not in the IoT business, accounts may show that to be a lie/misleading next month. All very annoying really.
