From a business development perspective the precursor to a licencing deal is a MOU....so why people get upset with another MOU to put in the pipeline is beyond me.
Yes this MOU does not lead to immediate revenue but it is the start of the sales process and you to do Step A to get to Step B....capiche!..... so just lot of silly posts to be so negative on MOU's being announced....Yes it won't set the world on fire but it shows they are continuing to build the pipeline....
