    I just hope that when the pipeline gets built, it won't take too long to construct it.
    We need oil flowing through the pipeline but if it could take too long who says there'll still be oil.
    I am sorry for expressing my view like this, don't want to offend anyone.
    And, yes, building a solid pipeline also takes the necessary time.
