That is the most incredibly insulting post I have read on Hotcopper with regards to a management team. You have completely disregarded all the work that Chris Wood and John Schultz have put into the company as well as the rest of the board.
John Stefanac is "smart money" and he was more than happy to look at the quality of people involved with the company and come on board. Wenjun Sheng has also come on board with "these guys." I'd trust their judgement as to who they are working with.
