But one more thing I will say is that it seems to be a pretty big revenue jump required to hit those milestones.

To hit 12 million revenue in 2 years it is what? over 500% increase in revenue of an already running business in less than 24 months! Its insane that amount of growth!

It also pays back the deal and then some IMO. And looks very much like the XPE projections so far.

Again I think its a much better deal than your even considering. On top of that, I think that 12 mil milestone is very similar to Eddie Sugar's milestones and mangements milestones. I think they are just the tip of the iceberg.

I have a strong suspicion that 12 million revenue might just be the beginning for JTC in 24 months time. And it could come a LOT sooner.
