I would agree to your statement , it's not just xpe its is most of all comapanies through the stock market , mainly small caps ,
Performance rights go a little to far , in buttering up the board members in which like you have stated are written so that they are archived. In hole The Asx should be looking into it a lot harder . I am not a well educated it's not hard to work out who's paying them self .
