The announcements need to be something firm, substantial, binding, names named etc. for a really good rerate IMO. I think or at least hope that's what's on the cards. Otherwise, as things stand currently a meaningless (for LT holders like me) P & D may be the outcome.
Chippies named, binding agreements though could really see us flying.
