There may well be a P&D if there is nothing solid announced. However looking at the way the RTO has been structured the Xped guys have a lot of skin in the game and they can't get at most of it for 2 years. They are smart guys and good operators with a track record of success. They wouldn't have allowed themselves to be put in a high risk position. They know exactly where we are and where we are going. They know how the deals and technology is progressing.
I have great confidence in our management team.
I also expect some huge announcements between IoT Asia and relist.
