Reads like good vertical integration to me. I would have chosen XF1 for a deal involving equity if I was them too, as they are generating positive cashflow. "Hire to retire" reminds me of "paddock to plate" lol!
Seems there are a lot of rich avenues in the HR related field, for expansion.
