Solid business with a lot of potential upside. CEO is a tool and that doesn't help them.. The pricing model (credits vs SaaS/pay per month) is also confusing and doesn't easily allow them to compare themselves to other SaaS businesses. Sort that out and I'll want to get a LOT involved with this business.
