What it may or may have not been at it's "peak" is irrelevant. Zip once traded at $10 per share.. it sure ain't worth that now.
The valuation being offered here appears disconnected with the company's current fundamentals / performance.. on that basis SEK is either just looking, or has a broader plan to extract value. The fact the SP is trading at the offer price is interesting, but it feels past fully valued.
