Tim Griffiths is one of the biggest holders and the only seller in this stock for over 2 yrs now, he had 22m shares at last disclosure and has been selling since.
Buying at 21 cents may show there is strong interest and a higher bid is very much possible if this one is rejected. Interesting times ahead but can be risky too. I am tempted to book profits but will hold on and take the risk. You win some, lose some. Time will tell......
