I think this is a great outcome for all shareholders. Its a big premium to current trading and if you look at the company financials, I don't think it could survive as a stand alone company for much longer. Huge continuing losses, mounting million dollar debt and no growth. I recipe for insolvency if they do not get taken over. The directors know this and would be keen to get a deal done.
