You'd hope so but for all the good work the company seems to be doing in terms of new offices, investment, partnerships etc there just seems to be no interest from the market. Yes HC is not the be all and end all but I'd like to think there was some form of conversation going on.
I still use a xref as do many of my clients and I hear great things on a daily basis, so definitely have faith.
