These are the types of R&D opportunities Xref should be looking to expand their role in the hiring process.
At the moment, they can do Reference Checking and Verification services.
But what if they could also run the interview / application process, making it an end to end solution.
Would be massive!!
They don't necessarily need to build the tech either initially, just find a solution that can plug in to the new Xref platform!
