the underlying problem is that their reference check is expensive and that other players have come to market with a deeply cheeped check that does the same thing. speak to recruiters and this is what they will tell you.
so it's only a matter of time before they get found out. next time you speak with management, ask them about clients they have lost and who they lost it to. it will really open your eyes
