So we know that credits sell for $50 a pop and $266,000 of credits were used in Q3 2016. This equates to 5,320 credits used in the quarter. Obviously there are some large clients and small clients, so an average usage per customer (259) is going to be skewed and shouldn't be relied upon. It would probably require a weighted average based on the number of employees in each customer.

I agree that companies would have an initial ceiling on the number of credits they would require. The chances of the company releasing customer specific information is zero IMO.

Once there is more data it would be interesting to see whether there is any seasonality in credit purchases. The good thing for the company is that particularly in Australia (consider financial services, large scale organisations), employee retention is an issue and staff are regularly turned over.

For example, a customer pays bonuses in March and once received (if employees are disgruntled) there is an exodus of staff in April, after which the customer is required to purchase more credits to assist in the recruitment process.

At this point in the company's lifespan, I think it's best to put the growth rates in context. There were $239,000 (4780 credits) credits used in the previous quarter (Q2 2016) and $95,000 (1900 credits) for Q3 2015 (prior year).

The growth strategy will hopefully continue to provide strong credit usage growth. With new clients signed on each month, obviously this will follow on. The expansion into overseas market suggests there will be a sustained period of customer base growth.

As James points out though, the key is going to be able to continue to grow the credit usage of existing customers, once the company matures. Whilst this presents a challenge for company, at this stage I don't consider it a hinderance.

    All IMO, DYOR.
