Seems to have been done very easily, at market and in a moderate amount (similar to $7m last year around this time). Cash position is improved allowing continued international expansion ....the number of clients doubled in the last year from memory from the last preso and the average rev per account is increasing with maturity. No issues with this capital raising from me. With the top 5 holders owning around 66% pre this raising, the register is looking pretty good to support share price appreciation as the quarterlies keep on improving.
