    Encouraging indication that all the directors are taking up some or all of their offer. The CEO is showing 'moral' support at 13% of his entitlement, which implies he has his personal money tied up and/or waiting to vest the numerous incentive options. The pedigree of former Brig. Gen. Smethurst and his possible involvement in other military companies would presumably explain his zero ownership level (conflict of interest etc). Hopefully he's giving good value for money from director fee alone.
