These guys have an issue in that they receive all their money upfront but they hang their hat on ARR. As can be seen from the 4C most of the upfront cash received is being used to keep the business running. So all it would take is 1 or 2 slow quarters and they'd need to raise.

They probably need to sell the iFly business and use those proceeds to bolster the balance sheet so the market doesn't price them as constantly cum raise.

Unlikely the people who participated in the issue are long termers so expect some price pressure.
