ARR needs to hit $7M before we can secure the additional $1M from the debt facility. Currently we are at $4.6M

I’d say that these new investors were more than likely participants at the recent henslow defence conference.

It would have been nice to see the company play ball a bit more and make them purchase on market before just jumping into bed with the first person who showed interest in them lol

I wonder what Steve Baxter thinks of this considering he converted his debt into shares at a premium and now 80 million shares have just been sold at a discount.

Once again retail investors have been left out of the loop and not offered any participation.

Let’s hope that they need these funds rather urgently to fulfill orders and really get this thing moving.
