SP dropped 70 odd percent on opening. You can interpret the above how you like, but it is essentially saying, um, sorry all, Borba is not what we were hoping...but hey, there is some recoverable gas there, so we'll go get that if it all makes sense...
I'm not trying to be smart, but honestly, all the facts around Borba suggest that it is, certainly relative to the way it was being promoted, insignificant.
