As the Chairman sits accross both companies, I'm sure Andrew is very aware as to what's going on in SGC land.
The timing of any announcement will be to the mutal benefit of both groups of Shareholders.
SGC have options expiring in December, I'm sure there will be plenty of positive announcements prior to the 31st Dec, to ensure they get them over the line. 5 to 6 million is at stake.
