Company Update
The Company remains in advanced discussions with respect to further complementary energy acquisitions in the USA and will remain in suspension until such time as these negotiations are finalised. A Notice of Meeting document to contemplate various resolutions relating to the Company’s growth and development is also expected to be provided to ASX at this time. The boards remains intent on improving the overall scale, size and focus of its energy business, including any potential divestments, and expects to be in a positon to request lifting of the voluntary suspension on trading in the Company securities in May 2018 upon completion of these discussions.
