Another example that Regal is trading on a microcap. They just announced they've reduced their holding on AHX from 11.51% (20.08M shares) to 9.91% (17.84M), with following transactions:
Bought 1M shares on 7/10/22 (Friday) at 75c and subsequently sold and bought 1.5M and 410K at 74c respectively one business day (Monday) later. Their latest big chunk sold was 2.3M shares two days ago (Monday) at 51c, hence file the "Change" notice today.
Regal didn't announce "Change in substantial holding" last October was probably because their net change was very marginal then.
So if Regal sold 1.5M XTE shares two days ago, we should expect an announcement today. Unless they've bought earlier enough to reduce their net change?
