Just from the volume, there's almost no chance that their holding is zero, but whether they are done selling or not only they know. As others have pointed out they have cash and inventory value of around mid 30s cents per share, so while that's no guarantee of any floor in the share price, it has an influence on the risk/reward view of the stock.
