I'm still digesting everything here but my impression is that production will be 50/50 AU/US (40m/40m) ie. they expect to build an identical plant in the US. Following on from the US acquisition, building the plant surely must be what XTE have decided is necessary to follow through - not only to fulfill the mandatory requirements of US govt contracts, but also to give us an extra distribution location for the N. hemi in general.

I mean as far as civil unrest and war mongering goes, the US is the center of the action.
Margins are something to keep an eye on for sure.
