The Board would be mad to try a capital raise while we have a major holder selling down. Even at these prices Regal is still well ahead and can be expeced to go on taking their profits (as they are perfectly entitled to). Until Regal (or whoever is selling into weakness) is finsihed any raise would have to be at such low value it would undermine the proposed investment. A better use of the cash in the bank right now would be a buyback of Regal so the SP can find a level without their distraction.
