Often you hear 'the market is never wrong' and yet traders make their money on the expectation that they can out guess the market. It seems to be obvious to me that this has been oversold and everyone knows the culprit. All that's really needed is a catalyst such as the support contract to generate serious interest. The word "imminent"for this contract has shades of meaning. Most think this means it's in the next week or two but it may mean that everything has been done and even verbal agreements in place and all that is needed is the final sign off. But we are dealing with bureacratic processes hence the delay.
