FCF is all over the place because of large orders with advanced payments straddling accounting periods, and because they prepurchase materials to make inventory in advance.
Every contract-based smallcap has these issues. If you're looking for a negative to poo poo the stock the best bet would be the inconsistent nature of contract business and lack of recurring revenue.
