Well if Patersons recommendation was dated today then it didn't have any effect either on price or volume.
I notice Patersons were the Lead Manager and underwriter in each of the capital raisings in mid-2016 and mid-2017 and so probably still are paid an ongoing monthly consulting fee.
I'd like to read the fine print at the end of this bullish report to establish how independent it is.
