Patersons are obliged to disclose any interest in their Research Note. The disclosed interest is 'XTEPatersons Securities have acted for XTEK Limited (XTE) within the past year and have received a fee for these services'. It is a matter of public record that Patersons acted on the capital raise mid last year and received a fee for that. The disclosed interest does not say that Patersons are being paid for the Research Note nor that they receive a monthly or quarterly fee.
It is a very helpful report.
