That's true but with the guidance XTE released to the market, plus the explanation for the 10M share placement facility, a lot of things have been disclosed. The market seems to have decided this was all negative... Looks like he thinks its in fact very positive.
Good on him for taking the opportunity to buy more. At this price, it's definitely undervalued.
