just reading the terms of the $10 mil facility, they can ask for partial payment in shares from as low as 25cents and they are given a collateral loan of 700,000 shares? can they trade these shares? i dont like the low bar is all i mean can they use these loan shares to keep the price down when they want a payment?
it just seems like a really good deal for Kentgrove, i would like to see what the money is for, if its something good then i need not worry
