phil gets cousion 400k wages a year at QHL, the ex CEO of ours only gets around 200k... i have been wondering what brought Phil to XTEK... if not big potentials!
he must have big performance bonus attached to his employment contract, which hasnt been disclosed, thats probably why he only teasing buy on market...
