Justification for the CR - "Funds raised from the Placement will be used to expand marketing, sales and contract support, for commercialisation of XTatlasTM technology, to continue development and commercialisation of XTclaveTM and to supplement working capital."
Ie. No extraordinary reason. We just need more money. Great.
