This mob are struggling to sell their own products, now out to capitalize on what seems to be a gimmick?
My guess, this is an agreement between mates rather than a professional harmony of skills and vertical integration.

The parent/manufacturing company, TT electronics is listed on the LSE - their SP and financials are nothing to write home about, seems not much interest in this tech on their home exchange.

"The proof of concept demonstrated the Virolens® system had a 98.1% sensitivity and 99.7% specificity, based on the results of an internal in-vitro validation study – 184 samples. No large clinical trial has yet been completed.

Also, requirement of regulatory approvals for this to be sold into Aus.

I'm not 100% sure on ASX compliance rules, however announcing that they want to sell a product without prior approval might raise some eyebrows at compliance.

But hey, if it gains regulatory approval in Aus just perhaps this can create enough revenue to pay Philippe's extravagant salary for a year?
