Yes but I like the idea. If we are to get re-rated we have to differentiate XTE as it is now from what it was. An initial dividend would do that. Agree entirely we need working capital and new plant but as Morley said the first $30m in profit would be tax free and the current big order is already in the bank. A dividend now might be too soon but if they keep going the way they are it might not be far away.
