I wouldn't have thought the need for rapid production was that relevant given the usual procurement timelines for this arvo to review it for abut if the Finns see the Russians as coming in the near future you may be right.
I watched Basham turn things around at his previous company in the same timeline so the speedy transition here is no surprise. Hope stays on longer this time.
