I think Hendrik only have the content , they don't deliver it. Refer to smacs post above about who Hendrik use at the moment. So from the announcement Haivison, Wowza and Streamguys have to give up their right to xTV to deliver the content.
Transition of existing customer contracts over to xTV, expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
