Yep. When you look at it it's $50K a month. From last qrt that would be $200K a month total. A lot more needed. After thinking about the broker roadshows I came to the conclusion that it may only be supported if a number of boxes were ticked by XTV and Joe may of told them that a few things were in the pipe which may lift the sp to reasonable heights. This could be an attempt at that but the seller is too big which must frustrate the hell out of Joe! All IMO of course.
