FTL is the strangest stock I own, I was in for the LCT's, but now its copper, there is also the nickel and gold? plays.

There was an underhanded takeover bid and attempt to appoint a director on behalf of a group of Chinese investors, acting as a conglomerate, that the AU takovers board ruled were not in cahoots, yet their attempt was blocked by shareholders - they do own about 40% above the regulated 20.

To me this said a few things either they are looking for crafty ways to take over boards by populating them with proxies, to gain control of the company, and they believe that FTL is onto something, or some other nefarious purpose, who knows what!

The stock is extremely tightly held, and moves very quickly on only a sniff of nothing, or just a mood of a few.
