hmmmmmm who held the majority vote? I think you will find that person/s did a lot of accumulating via sneaky trading in the lead up to the sell out that ultimately resulted in less for UMC shareholders.
If someone offers you $2k for your car and another person offers you $1k which deal do you accept?
You are right though Matt does deals very well. Just have to keep your eye on whether you will benefit from it. I have had the pleasure of meeting Matt and having him sit right next to me and flat out lie to my face.
