Thanks for your comments. You may be right......to terminate a contractor is a major (and messy) issue as you have to replace them and then the new contractor has to get up to date with the work done to date. If not a blowout in time, it might have been for workmanship or quality. Not sure what to make of it at the moment. I am eagerly waiting for the auditor's report (supposed to be later this month).
