As the parent company has demonstrated by a failed and disgusting implied offer, which I believe has clamped the SP over that time, notwithstanding the offer was withdrawn (not really an offer but you know what I mean). Then any dilution of minor shareholders would be voted down by the independent directors.
The huge div coming in the next 3 months should shine the light on YAL and have back trading 20-30% above WHC ( which in itself is underpriced.)
