So some basic back of the envelope stuff:
$36m MC - $8m cash = $28m
Assigning no value what so ever to our current tenants or other resources but only looking at JORC gold:
28m / 237K = $118 per oz of gold currently priced into our MC.
I'm no geologist nor mathematician but even at a AISC of $2000 we're extremely undervalued.
Am I missing something here?
