Thanks for your insights - are you reachable by email? Or would you be willing to share your spreadsheets via some internet share drive? I've always been interested in project economics but keen to see how others approach it. Whilst HAS is ahead of ARU in some aspects, the SP appreciation seems way off and therefore keen to understand at next level how such projects compare and why one seems to have more value to SH compared to others. Every miner is adjusting their cost profiles with inflationary numbers so it would be interesting to see what realistic and/or comparable approaches are taken in this regards too.
